FIFA 20 Fifa 20 RTG tips

This is my first game with FIFA in 18 years and it overwhelmed me somewhat with crazy changes in the amount. What is the best way to start RTG?

I usually start with SBs and try and do the 3 advance hybrid league/nation sbc until I get a starter type team and then just play div and sb for rewards until you can qualify for WL
