A really nice guy taught me a little to switch the game around, put players in different modes and then at the start of the game, change them for chemical reasons. In the next WL, I'm going to use this, Videos for this? Anything useful
FIFA 20 Tips for in-game position changing?

Do you understand the chemistry system? Ie, how players link together via club, nations and leagues?
If not, search up on YouTube about how chemistry works.
If you do know about chemistry, then the beauty of in-game switching is that you can lineup however you like. Choose the players you want and put them in a lineup that gives them chemistry. You may need to get certain players to incorporate others, but you can mess around on Futbin/Futwiz etc on their squad builder to play around with the setup.
Then you go into custom tactics and set one of your presets, ie Ultra Defensive, Defensive, Attacking, Ultra attacking and change the formation on your formation tab. From there, you can click triangle (if you’re PS4) and move the players around. You also set your custom tactics and player instructions from that tab.
Then, when you’re in game, change to that setup using left or right on the d-pad and your team will change to that in game.
There’s so many different setups, 451 is a popular one as your wingers and/or full backs only need one hard link for full chemistry.
I find the 433 quite useful for links too.
If you need any more help, post the 11 players you want to play and I’ll try to knock up a formation for you to start in. Of course depending on the nations and leagues, some players are easier to link than others. Icons are useful for this process as they soft link (orange) to everybody, then hard link (green) to players of the same nation and other ICONs.
