   if you don’t have dedicated gpu(amd radeon or nvidia gtx) and you only have intel hd graphics or amd integrated cpu, i will suggest to you…

   Output:

   Encoder: x264 (Don’t use Quicksync H.264 for intel hd graphics. it may increase frametimes(ms) that feels laggy even it is 60fps smooth)

   (Recording)

   Rate control: VBR (reduce the file size)

   Bitrate: 3000-5000kbps for 720p

   (Streaming)

   Rate control: CBR

   Bitrate: 2000kbps and above or depends on the upload speed (in mbps)

   Cpu usage preset: veryfast – ultrafast (depends how capable your cpu is)

   Profile: main

   Video:

   base resolution: depends on your monitor res

   output resolution: 720p

   fps: 30

   downscale filter: Bilinear

   Audio:

   Sample rate: 44.1 khz there is no difference between 48khz but 44.1hz is less cpu demanding.

   If you want to keep a high FPS, encoding the videos using the GPU will be the best. I’m assuming here that you have an actual dedicated GPU and not a laptop with only an integrated one. The Nvidia 20/30 series will be good quality, but older cards will be okay. If you have a good CPU, you can also encode using that. Will be good quality, but could kill your FPS depending on CPU.

   I’d recommend testing things out until you find something that works best for your FPS and the stream’s quality.

   I just make Krunker vids with this built-in extension called quicktime player :eyes: it barely makes my fps go down
